Akhannouch: Smart Agriculture Is a Priority for Morocco

Rabat – Morocco’s Minister of Agriculture Aziz Akhannouch spoke at the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture (GFFA) on Saturday in Berlin about the potential of digitizing Moroccan agriculture.Akhannouch said Morocco has made progress, including using satellite imagery, the internet, and mobile phones in agriculture. The European Parliament passed the EU-Morocco agriculture agreement on January 16.
